Thank you to our Sunday evening event host, Barsha Wines and Spirits of Manhattan Beach, CA. We were able to raise over $1000 for Little Ripples in one night!!
The evening was full of good friends, great conversations, and of course fantastic wine brought by over a dozen wine representatives. Adnen and Lenora, owners of Barsha, provided a wonderful spread of appetizers including cheese, fruit, and meats. Uncle and niece duet, David Veerman and Crystal Kakabeen, longtime supporters of i-ACT’s work, performed throughout the evening. We also had a special guest performance from Greg Lawson, a member of Redding, CA’s Genocide No More – Save Darfur, a community group who has advocated for peace in Darfur and Sudan since 2005. Little Ripples supporters also had the chance to win raffle prizes such as $100 to Manhattan Beach Post, Discovery Center passes, and a Barsha Wine Box.
Thank you for all those who joined us!
