For the past two years I’ve been teaching Pure Barre, a total body one-hour workout class that uses small isometric movements to tone muscles and burn fat…For those of you unfamiliar with the bar-based workouts, there is a ballet barre that runs along the perimeter of the room that we use throughout the class for support during different movements. I’m extremely excited to be teaching a donation class at Pure Barre Brentwood on Sunday 7/21 at 1:35pm!! All donations are welcome and will go directly to Little Ripples. New clients are definitely welcome – this is a great opportunity to check out a new workout routine! And you might even have a little fun ;P
